do i get to choose what food i eat?
Of course! At Lionstone we believe in a completely bespoke coaching process. We take your requests, dietary requirements and preferences into account when creating your plan.
how often can a contact my coach?
You can contact us as often as you like via message! All clients have direct contact lines to their coach. We encourage clients to film any training for exercise feedback daily, ask questions as often as needed and be over communicative to their coach! Each coach has their own reply schedule, you can expect two responses daily.
how often do i need to train?
As often as suits your lifestyle suits. When creating your program we ensure the first point of discussion is “what can you actually commit to?”. We then create the most optimal plan to suit you and your needs.
how do i make sure i’m learning what i should?
Client Education is one of our highest priorities, as a Lionstone client you will gain access to all course material, E-books and educational recourses as part of your coaching.
can i get trained by my coach in person?
Our coaches open their diaries on occasion to coach existing online clients on a sporadic basis in the Lionstone Gym. All bookings are first in best dressed and come at an extra cost to your online coaching.
what if i don’t want to track my food?
That is absolutely okay! We understand that everyone has a different story; and if you are not yet comfortable or have no desire to track food religiously due to a poor relationship with food and/or numbers we can work with you on this and meet you where you are.
